Find the current account controls and what to do when a feature cannot complete your request.

Sign-in and account recovery

Use the sign-in page to access your account. Password recovery and email verification require a working email-delivery configuration. If recovery is unavailable, do not assume a reset email has been sent.

A document needs review

Open the original document, review the extracted fields and correct any uncertain information. If processing fails or extraction is unavailable, keep the original and use the retry or manual-review options. Confirm dates before creating reminders.

Notifications and reminders

Review your reminders in the app and your device's notification permissions. Browser notifications need supported browser features, permission and configured delivery. Do not rely on a browser reminder as the only record of a critical deadline.

Export and delete your account

Account settings provides data export and password-confirmed account deletion. Deletion is consequential: review the confirmation before proceeding. Read the privacy notice for storage and pending retention-policy details.

Contact the operator

Do not send passwords, access tokens or private documents in a support report. Describe the action, when it occurred and any non-sensitive reference shown by the app.
